Carcasses evaluation is performed in our slaughterhouse. Pigs are evaluated with Feat-o-meater device.

Cattle traceable system is implemented, cooling, storing and transportation economy are well developed. Accounting is paperless.

European experts evaluated high hygiene and veterinary requirements and endowed certificate which gives right to export carcass and cutted meat into EU.
